Dear fellow Shareholders,

At this point in time, I am seeing capitulation from long term holders. This is not good. I am not going to post on here about how many I hold, for how long I have held and what my loss is, other to say that I own it and it is not insignificant to me. It hurts.

I am very very frustrated at the number of false dawns, promising relationships and the events of the past 12 months. Covid is not an excuse. The lack of meaningful updates at the last AGM and poor investor call really said it all. In the past, I wrote to the Company and expressed my concern about the CFO and his performance on updates and investor calls. And then look what happened with a basic forecast having to be retracted.

For those of you who don't know, the Twitter bio for our CEO reads ".....CEO of Buddy Platform and LIFX - we make every space smarter. Formerly Microsoft, before that a professional pianist in Australia. No, really."

So Dave, we know you read HotCopper and this is for you. I am quite sure you can play the tune.

I only ask one thing. Please turn this around, unless you feel you can't, in which case recognise it is time to move on. Thank you.
