A note of caution people. Most posts seem to view the Singapore foray as a positive. All these stats about population density and ease of build etc etc. Anyone who has visited the place will know that the mobile market is already saturated due to these very reasons and that any new player will have tremendous trouble making headway due to efficiencies created by such a market. Rivers of gold? I doubt it.
Also how many aussie companies actually succeed in Asia. Crown? ANZ? Coke? Bellamy?
Old time mariners said on their maps "...here there be dragons." A very good warning sign for asian foreign adventurism that I've always followed. General rule of thumb. Big pushes into Asia always raise a red flag with me for likely wealth destruction.
Sold out of TPM after some big losses early on and happy I did. May dip a toe back in but at a price consummate with risk.
