Looks a geographically and complementary acquisition. Funding mix appears sensible but maybe the $1.1 cash outlay may crimp my hopes for an initial dividend. Not that important as the growth story remains on track.
Suspect there will be a similar size acquisition on the Us West Coast once new director gets accustomed to the business. A greatly underappreciated micro cap.
