Yep it’s how he is and I’ve had this same discussion a few times about selling a project property to the public. He would definitely benefit from some media training.
Of course the flip side is you get sold a dud by a con artist, I’ve suffered that fate a few times so really I prefer the project to speak for itself but it needs to be painted in the best light to attract new investors there’s a balance that needs to be found here.
