    You have got the wrong end of the stick. No one leases lockers. They aren't post office boxes. They are delivery points. Today your parcel might be in the locker. Tomorrow mine maybe. You nominate the delivery point when you order online. When your parcel gets there you get an email with a PIN and you go and retrieve it. Simple. Saves on you missing the delivery guy at home. Also, helps your employer out if you have been getting your parcels delivered to the office.
