At least SHV's SP is going up, Rain!

This explains the new ANN we just got- they are creeping *sigh*. This PARD crew could just creep along buying a few % of fish for years. There's nothing illegal in it. They have a seat on the Board- at least one- so they can control the company- as you said, by stealth. Maybe it was PARD who had voting intentions against Jill Monk as Director, too. Perhaps they are also controlling the share price- you would have seen our stock blockers- still there, being menacing.

We still have a few large "value investor" shareholders in Orbis and Maple-Brown, so they can assist with some stability.

Maybe PARD are attempting to block out a new takeover attempt by some other entity?
