Have to agree with the points about how this company communicates. In fact its probably directly contributing to the lack of confidence reflected in the shareprice.
On most press releases issued by companies there is usually, following the main message, a couple of paragraphs detailing the background of the organisations mentioned in the release, what they do,where they are located etc.
This not only adds depth to the main message but helps to raise the issuing company and partner's profile to first time readers.
I have requested from the company some clarification as to who Boom are? If they are the media management organisation who I think they are, it would be a positive for the company.
I think budget restraints have resulted in a secretary being pushed into the Public Relations role in the organisation.
Not a very good idea, as how you are perceived to your clients and the market is instrumental in how successful you will ultimately become.
