Stayer for these small caps the "share price" (i.e. the last traded price) is not indicative of the "price" of the company let alone the "value" of the company because there is hardly any liquidity. This is very different to trading a large cap stock with deep liquidity.For example if I wanted to buy $1m of LCA today I wouldn't be looking at the last traded price to give me an indication of what I have to pay. Same if wanted to sell $1m of LCA. So the reason the share price has been "hammered" is just that some very small investors wanted to get out and there was no liquidity there but the decided to sell anyhow.
