Just to add to what i said previously; I don't think KDR will lose any rights to MZN. Worst case scenario a relatively small payment (sub $1m e.g. 200k) but i find even that incredibly unlikely. Think there is still a fair amount of risk adverse money waiting to be thrown into KDR once this opportunistic claim is out of the way though, especially the 'big money'.
