I think what is required is a central repository of stocks?
IMO there should be one centralised spreadsheet that references all stocks listed here. This spreadsheet can be maintained by a designated person like yourself or Anne.
All you would need is a gmail account and use Google docs to add any stocks entry and exit price. You could then just the an updated link etc.

This was a list of paper trades done earlier this year to test the waters and show a friend. I didnt want to email her a spreadsheet everytime i changed it. I could just publish it in google docs.
This way you can keep a single thread to reduce clutter but have a way to track stocks discussed in the past.
