If I recall correctly, it was about this time last year that we had the surprise CR after stating at the AGM we would only do so if we entered a licensing deal, and then the explanation amounted to something like - we needed to demonstrate we had the ability to raise funds quickly because a potential customer was interested to know that we had the market support to do so.

I can see that a lot of water has gone under the bridge in the last 12 months with board changes and cutting unprofitable sales. I haven't been paying much attention for the last 4+ months, but the surface impressions to me are that nothing really exciting seems to be happening to look forward to right now.

Trying to find reassurance in reestablishing steady management, leadership, and sensible goals, but it's back to the bottom drawer and hoping for either a better exit or a more enthusiastic future.
