    I apologise for saying you weren't grasping the situation. You are. The problem is you are looking at the individual as a person.
    Centrelink is purely a series of Parliarmentary and ATO acts applied against a set of circumstances. It doesn't deviate. It doesn't take consequences from cutting out payments or not allowing a payment into consideration.

    The people you speak to are the most polite and helpful people you could find and their frustration comes across. They know the system has severe limitations. Those that keep helping the already helped and those that can't offer assistance to genuine cases. But the Acts say otherwise.

    As I said earlier, at least we have a social security system compare to other countries. Maybe come in from the top end in a dug out if you need more assistance than is allowed to its citizens!
