Actually alh this thread has been all about this woman and her children, not the issues you now raise.
Look back over the posts and you will see most are attempting to demonize this person and they don't care how accurately they do it either. Mostly Liberal supporters whining about the actions of their last government and trying to shift the blame to the present government.
AIDS and endless wars are keeping the population under some control in Africa otherwise it would be exploding as in Asia with the exception of China and Japan.
Whilst I don't want to see Austalia's population increase too much more there is in fact still plenty of room here outside the capital cities. Migrants should be settled in regional areas and spread out so they have no choice but to mix and integrate with other Australians. Putting them all into cities just creates ghettos and drives up real estate prices.
