Here's a suggestion for the Abbott strategists that read these things .. if there is suck a thing.

Attack Julia head on with regard to her "Working Families" diatribe. It's a stupid line becuase it alieanates are large portion of the electorate many of which were once traditional Labor voters.

I'd say that the Liberal Party will look after the needs of all Australians including single mums and dads, couples without kids, self-funded retirees (some of the poorest) parent of kids with disabilities ... the list goes on and on.

... and if Abbott could pull his head out of the last century .. embrace gay couples .. because they aren't "Working Familes" either.

Start selling the message that if you aren't a "Working Family" Gillard doesn't care.

Let her look ridiculous every time she utters it. In effect she will be alienting millions each time she reminds them that Labor don't care about you.
