Unfortunatly there are people particularly young mums who regard the receipt of welfare payments as the normal family tradition to follow and the child becomes a badge of entitlement to our taxes I have met some such people I have also met some single parents who do the very difficult balancing act of holding down a job while raising children
PS this budget seems to have more leaks than the Titanic or are we just getting the standard It could be this bad before it is something less
