It’s never a decision we take lightly. The last time we updated our pricing was over two years ago.We're giving you almost three months notice that starting from 28 September 2018, we’re making changes to reflect the improved value we are delivering and the rising cost to serve larger businesses on a per employee basis.The pricing changes mean: most Xero subscribers will see no change in price many larger employers will see an increase in price many users will find their plan now has extra features at no added expense no change to prices for partner plans If you want to know more about the price changes, please visit our blog.Pay a second employee at no extra chargeFor the smaller employers, the standard plan now covers payroll for two employees instead of one, at no extra cost.Try the new Xero ExpensesAs one of the earliest features in Xero, expense claims has been rebuilt from the ground up. Today, we’re announcing the launch of the all new Xero Expenses as an added benefit of the partner program.Xero Expenses is available to your existing clients: free until 28 September 2018, so there’s nearly three months to try it out after 28 September 2018, it will cost $5 per month for one user and $5 per month for each additional active user Existing users can carry on using the original expenses feature for claims and reimbursements until 31 January 2019.
