Not too sure whether Doctors can sell directly to patient in Japan.
In australia, it is not ok, I thought. You will have a prescription and need to go to chemist, to avoid conflict of interest.
The only thing you can have in a clinic is injection, which obviously chemist can not inject for you.
If it is classified along the same line as an injection, then it can be sold directly from doctors.
