Hi Outawater,

I think that DS will be very prudent and smart when it comes to writing contracts.
We are talking here about a multi national Pharma not a small Biotech like Biota.

Therefor I sleep well at night as I believe that they will make sure that they extract the most value out of Inavir and not just sign it away.

I even expect them to go it alone if they can not get enough value out a a partnership.
The Japanese are astute business people and will make sure that the best possible deal is going to be executed.

That is my opinion.
