reviews don't reflect new customers though. by writing reviews you might get small benefits e.g. vouchers, so lots of customers especially in mother and baby sections do that. 2/3 customers in IF section leaving reviews is not guess but from reliable source who is my close friend and working at JD. I once worked for JD as well a few years back.
