    Some interesting learning's out of the SingPost announcements for shareholders and that you hope UPS are paying attention too:
    - Currently a Singapore resident should be able to reach a POPstation within 2.5km of their residence, the Berlin article the other day had their distance down to about 400 metres from memory, so you would expect that the next 100 units they mention are crucial in getting the footprint right, probably need more than that, but maybe over a longer time frame as the market matures.
    - Parcel volumes increased six fold as the network expanded and awareness grew (crucial for UPS)
    - Main users were the 20 - 40 yr old demographic....not surprising, but marketers spend a lot of money trying to reach this age group and make them customers for life and this could all be done by providing the right delivery solution.
    - Also photo (albeit a poor one) of the P-Pop in this article

    From the article MM posted on Malaysia, interesting to see the mention of growth in their Courier business, but pressure on margins. Taking costs out of deliveries (ie: lockers) would be priority number 1 you would expect to improve / hold margins while increasing sales!!
