I watched Australian story last night about the guy who got sepsis.
Of course it’s different to what singular does but you know where I’m going.
anyway he presented to emergency and was mis diagnosied, the next day he was nearly dead and left hospital 6 months later with no arms and legs due to initial incorrect diagnosis.
I think the only issue with diagnostics is it hasn’t been rolled out far enough yet
