    Are we all just waiting for the counter offer?

    In the meantime the price looks pretty good - 24c with a virtually guaranteed return of 33c in May next year - 37.5% in six months. I'm emptying the piggy banks.

    It is not a logical situation though. Is this because small holders don't want to be left with stock they can only trade through a broker, after May 2010?
