" as sellers wait for prices to improve is a sign that the market is already crashing."
That's what I wanted to hear.
I have clearly seen the shift in my area. First it was the normal attrition, then the media began reporting the issues in property and I saw a big spike of property coming on the market, now the supply has dried up some what.
Vendors are clearly holding out to assess sentiment, waiting for the shift back to a sellers market. If that doesn't happen soon, the next step will be for vendors to offload, which will start the race to the bottom.
I haven't seen any indicator of a shift in sentiment, unfortuantly it has all been negative.
