All this conjecture is stupid. Seriously.
The share price is reflecting that our little company is worth $100m. Now how can this be when you have projects such as;

1. Iron Ore (Camp Hill, Fork, Jocelyn) all tenenments in a great ánd 'proven'area!
2. Bauxite JV signed! WITH A major!

However, its still $0.95c???? Capped at $100m???
Its stupid.
Seriously - I've never seen a small cap company with a Major Aluminium/Bauxite producer as a JV partner and still worth a paltry $100mkt cap. I don't get it!

For all current shareholders (I for one have held since AUboats postings circa this time last year - God bless you Sir!)

WHY WOULD YOU SELL UMC SHARES AT $100m mkt cap, when you have two projects above. WHY?
