Even if one shouldn't paint everything black, I can see absolutely nothing positive at the moment. I don't think there is or was a plan B any more, all the announcements were that almost everything seemed to be in the bag. EPA can't really move either, they refer to their statutes and mandate. And no idea whether your government can intervene in a regulatory way...

Where do you still see the light? What else is there on the have side for TNG that could help us?

Honestly who would invest in the NT its a clown show and I am a clown to be a LT Holder of TNG but like a Circus Act I will stay in the Tent just incase the Big Top does not collapse...
