    The announcement clearly states there is an acquisition, and ASX are going over the whole detail, so it has got to be substantial !
    The company did a reconstruction and now has a tad over 200m shares on issue and $9m in tha bank against a MC of $5 million !

    This could drop a announcement any time this month and start trading at 20 cents, that is my hope for LT holders, we wait !
