I don't know which World you live in but:
China is far far ahead of everyone in EVs, renewables, etc because of it's own issues.
Australia will drive what ever car manufacturers produce not what some politicians say or don't say.
Most manufacturers are switching to EVs as majority of their markets are demanding it/regulating it.
Russia and Africa are not Western countries.
Russia will probably try to fill second hand car void I described in my previous post.
Still completely irrelevant to lithium consumption as 70-80% of new cars are sold in markets that want to phase out ICE (for various reasons)
