- No not the product, but the business model.

- True, they have performance shares, but if you are on a sure thing then you will buy with your ears pinned back, but they are not.

- WHY ? because they don't know whether the company will survive.....they too have their doubts.

- So how do they expect the SMART VCR S/Holders to ONCE AGAIN pour money into the cash burning company!!!

- To date, they have FAILED miserably......all this talk about VCR being at least 2 yrs ahead of HTW.....and amazingly, HTW is the one that's LIGHT YEARS ahead in SP appreciation!
