Troubleshooter I think you are way off the mark. PT's own financial interests in the compamny are irrelevant. The way he does deals for himself at the expense of others is potentially criminal. He has a responsibility to the shareholders foremost. It is obvious to all that he has contravened his responsibilities through lies and betrayal. You really do appear like you are making excuses for PT because he has lost significant $$ wheres in reality that is just his own irresponsibility to himself. As the director he has a responsibility to sharholders, he has screwed up big time and I cannot believe for one moment that anybody can down-play those extreme stuff-ups and misleading behaviour.
