sino carbon emissions gangbusters

Latest number out in the BP Statistical Review of World Energy 2013 show that Chinese carbon dioxide emissions have more than doubled in a decade and continue skyrocketing through 2012 unabated.
Not ,much sign of falling growth in this chart.
This must be good news for IOH.
