Can you imagine the uproar both politically and from MMX/MIS if CHM got an injunction on the transfer of MMX assets.
What a shitfight.
From MMX statements there is obviously a claim from CHM that has a good potential to win but this is not Jack Hill/ Crosslands related.
Grimaldi and others have had there issues in the past.
As I have been stating all along . If this deal goes through you can kiss away any quick resolution. It will take years. Even decades to sort out. Can CHM go the distance. Doubtful !!!!
I am convinced of this.
