In the Sino rebuttal MMX is keeping the line as per it announcement of the 26 May regarding the CHM claim. However, its stance has changed from earlier announcements that dismissed the claim out-of-hand. It seems to be conceding that some of its previous board members' actions may have been dubious but imply that that they can isolate their assets from a legal remedy that redresses the former directors' actions.
Anyway hope MMX is true to its word and does its utmost to get matter before the court asap.
