The provider of the stock is yet to be revealed, no doubt in the next change in substantial holder statement. Either Sino is aware of the results of ellendale 17 (for which cqt is remaining tight lipped) and is also a true believer of porsch 911 or it is just ploy in an attempt to reverse the inevitable. All will be revealed sooner than expected.
