I forgot to add in the 800 million [approx] that mitsu still have to pay mmx for their share of the ore.
With that the total is 3.45 billion and the 1st offer could be about $8.21.
add in the $2.50 t/o premium gives $10.71
BUT it will be more if mitsu or some other co also make a bid.
