Only response so far has been from FMG, they said that they are aware of the offer by MIN, they are also very familiar with Atlas’ operations having had many discussions with them over the years. Unfortunately at this time they were unable to provide any comments on their offer or a view on the value proposition
I've also been emailing Mount Gibson (MGX) today.
