Looks like the time Window remaining is shrinking rapidly for the Chinese to have a second shot at taking over MMX.

The Chinese (must get all over and done with quickly with their silly face-saving bull sheet) and snap up MMX at a fair value (on a derisked basis) before RCF takes a strategic share.

Once RCF gets above that critical threshold, the Chinese will have to fork out a lot more money.
