re: sino strategic s&p 300
At close of trading yesterday ( But check for yourselves )
SSI Sino Strategic International Limited
Sector
Diversified Financials
Market Cap
$93 million
2003 2004 2005
Average buy/sell spread 27.3% 42.5% 11.9%
Annual turnover 5.1% 7.9% 42.8%
Annual turnover is a measure of liquidity
Big increase for 2005.... and most of that in the last 6 mths... My view this will improve still further if SSI makes more progress....
I think around $3.65 Mkt Cap..would be over $100 million
This is Market cap Not total valuation !
If you look at DRA those figures appear favourable..
DRA Dragon Mining NL
Market Capital
$56 million
2003 2004 2005
Average buy/sell spread 4.0% 2.3% 3.0%
Annual turnover 73.6% 50.7% 54.9%
But Yes Angry depends on S&P....
But surely if a company meets the criteria it would be automatic ?
My opinions ,view, understanding at this moment ..
And if more people on HC shared theirs constructively
We might get a real grip on this ?
I mean SSI has been not a bad investment ?
Total Shareholder Return
(avg annual rate)
1yr 3yr 5yr 10yr
2,500.0% 95.7% 21.4% 16.6%
And How come No good discussion on GCN ?
I as I posted thought I saw a window of opportunity between announcements and SSI re listing
certainly I ( at least ) see a change of behavior of price and Volume , in the course of sales since the re listing of SSI.........
But maybe HC members have had better opportunites to chase and ferret out and understand ...
To all those who never contributed anything to the SSI and GCN threads ( amazingly that includes many actual posters to those threads ) What gives ?
