Hey Yogi I think you have something there I thought too that Sino could be waiting for the gov injection re infrastructure before they made their t/o bid. You know I did read a while back that Sino were a bit short on cash which doesnt make sense to me if they went for a $2b bid for another rail line, I think it could be all bluff to get what they are really after - us without losing face.
