My take on it is that Sino are seriously stuffed and its virtually us or nothing or they just keep on doing what they are doing which is nothing. Look we will have a choo choo and a lovely port with us controlling the best part of it together with the W/A gov we will be reaping in the $$ from that alone - do you think Sino is not going to use these facilities - of course they will - so they do either this 1/ eat humble pie and just be one of our customers - not likely scenario for the chinese - or take a big stake in us and 49.9% is not small fry - anyway boys and girls thats my thoughts - they will go for us sometime this year and this is the cheapest its going to get.
