Have a look at what happened to Portman mining after it got a partial takeover by american company Cleveland Cliffs.
The shares kept trading and ended up going 300% higher than the takeover offer over the next couple of years.
Not saying MMX will be same but it is a good precedent. Could happen once the market sees all the issues are dealt with and they go into full production and start earning income from the infrastructure down the track.
