It is Sino Strategic Investments that is in liquidation. Richard Li no longer has any connection with SSI. There was an AGM motion some months ago to have him removed as a director, but he fell on his sword instead

Since he left SSI things have gone from bad to worse.

Richard Li's company is Sino Investment Services, which is not in liquidation.

Interesting to see that ASIC can sometimes waken from its torpor.
