Bill’s Current roles include:

�� Director and Principal of Trans-Tasman Resources Limited (TTR), a New Zealand based company with extensive mineral prospecting rights off the North Island of New Zealand.

�� Chairman of Whisson Lake Pty Ltd, a super premium vineyard and winery in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia.

�� Consultant to a number of mining and mining equipment entities.

Previous Directorships include:

�� Former Director of Consolidated Rutile Ltd a publicly listed sand mining company located in Brisbane

�� Former Managing Director of Pacifica Group Ltd, Consolidated Products Division (Indonesia), the largest hard rock mining quarry in South East Asia

�� Former Executive General Manager, Global Operations for Iluka Resources Ltd at a time which included the very successful development of a major new mining province in Victoria

�� Various directorships of mining and manufacturing operations throughout Asia and Europe whilst living in Indonesia, Singapore and Australia
