Yesterday's ann. could well be a hint as to how payment of future capital costs could be made up to the point of an income stream commencing. This holds particularly well if the chinese (eg.Sinosteel) are involved with further infrastructure programs like the rail etc.
With the chinese on the board agreeing to the new BB it would be nice to think that we may see future funding like this already planned to avoid further share dilution and keep all existing stakeholders happy (including smallfry like myself).
In my mind a masterstroke by all involved.
