Hi au76 It would appear you are unaware how astute WM is when it comes to $$$$s (the benifit of a CEO having large skin in the game ) having received a firm price with conditions in the contract,share swap was considered a better option,please give the guy some credit for negotiating ! If only on capital raising.However I respect your right to put forward a different point of view.cheers
