Today's announcement of Sinosteel taking up shares in CDU at a premium is very significant as it brings on board another party [4 now in total] who have all paid premiums to the then share prices.

Also important is that the 4 parties are substantial companies in their own right.

Having a permanent office in China, so widely criticised by the nay sayers, is again paying great dividends.

Sinosteel did indicate in an earlier time that they were willing to provide debt financing to CDU.
