sinotel - what the ???

MSC have just announced some dotcom entity they have a 15% interest in China has made a $1.5m equity raising ???? - I wonder what this is all about - I hope MSC haven't put anymore funding into it they appear to be bleeding bad enough already.

I have been very patient with this one all last year and although made a nice gain am starting to get very frustrated - I sense all is not well ? If only they would make some shipments !??
