sinotel - what the ???, page-5

I still can't tell from the announcements this morning if MSC has put more funds in - it just talks about overseas investors of which MSC could be one? It seems strange they announce yet another share placement immediately before the Sinotel announcement.

If they have injected more funds then it isn't 'money for old jam' - it's cold hard cash which they can ill afford to spend on a gamble which, history shows, is very slow to provide a payback if at all!
