sounds like a defunct communications company MSC was holding that "almost" went bust.

Now there is interest in 3G mobile They have decided to try a capital raising for another go. MSC had a 15% holding in this company that is trying to come out of hibination (It a non annoucement that by ASX reg's had to be made This dot com company cant do any worse so it may be a positive announce?)

The main worry for MSC is to get this barge working and this should be next week. At these prices IMO a buy
