I've lost count of the number of times I've seen people here confuse SIOC-cdt, our Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment partner in South Africa with the largest shareholder of ASX:CCC, Socius Capital Group (USA). Makes me wonder how people can invest large sums of money in a company without knowing basic information like this.
Let's refresh:

WHO WE ARE
The Sishen Iron Ore Company (SIOC) Community Development Trust, also known as the “Super Trust”, was established in August 2006 during the unbundling of Kumba resources into two companies.
The Super Trust is the sole beneficiary of 3% of the ordinary shares of SIOC through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) established to hold the shares on its behalf.
Kumba Iron Ore funded the purchase of the SIOC shares by issuing R458 million in preference shares.
These shares will be redeemed over time using the dividend flows from the SPV’s 3% shareholding in SIOC.
