So much time spent here on recriminations, personal abuse & conspiracy theories - perhaps now we can start to discuss the fundamentals of the company again?
With ZAR140m (USD 17.2m) now banked by CCC - this is approx 24% of the current market capitalisation in CASH. This money is to be used for the development of important projects like Penumbra & DeWittekrans. It is largely undilutionary - factoring in the ~10m shares issued to Masawu, and other facilitation costs.
How many other junior SA based companies have brought in this kind of funding - and with a well established & successful BBBEE partner - esp. in these shocking markets?
How many other companies in this market are continuing to operate mines successfully, or develop new ones - with funding secured? Not many!
I'm staying focussed on the positives here - as the company continues to become more & more derisked - set to prosper from the massive LT demand in South Africa & Asia for thermal coal.
